Each segment has a practice attached that you will find in the PDF that comes with the course. I recommend that you watch a segment per day and spend 60 minutes for the accompanying practice. This will allow for the information to take root in you and create meaningful long term change. If you have a therapist, this can be a great supplement to your work together. Some segments have a strong focus on trauma and some segments recommend the support of close and safe relationships. This will be highlighted in the segments where it is most notable. Â
